Terms of Service

By accessing or using Strongman AI (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• Eligibility. Strongman AI is intended for athletes 16 and older. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live and have authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself. If you are 16–17, use the Service with a parent, guardian, or coach and train under appropriate supervision.
• Use of the Service. You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in violation of our rules, or access it in a way that could harm others.
• Accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your email verified and your profile information accurate so coaching and scheduling features work as intended.
• Athlete profile & sports data. You may enter school, club, and multiple sports, practice schedules, season dates, and related training preferences. You represent that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Not medical advice. Training suggestions, AI-generated workouts from Rocky, and related content are informational. They are not medical, physiotherapy, or professional coaching advice. Consult a qualified professional for injuries, pain, or medical conditions.
• AI output. Generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use outputs (e.g., load selection, technique, safety). Do not rely on AI responses as a substitute for qualified coaching or medical care.
• Intellectual property. The Service, branding, and original materials belong to Strongman AI or its licensors. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to run the Service.
• Disclaimer. The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties where allowed.
• Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Strongman AI and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
• Changes. We may update these terms or the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be noted in the app or on this page.
• Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service or users.

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how we may collect, use, and share information in connection with the Service.

• Information you provide. Examples include account details (such as email and username), athlete profile data (sports, schedules, goals, body metrics you choose to save), workout logs, and messages you send us (e.g., support email).
• Usage and device data. We may collect technical information such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and logs needed for security, debugging, and analytics.
• Cookies and local storage. We use cookies or browser storage for sign-in sessions, preferences, theme, cookie consent, and similar functionality. Rocky chat history may be stored locally in your browser so your conversation persists between visits on the same device.
• How we use information. To provide and improve the Service, personalize coaching where applicable, communicate with you (including transactional email such as verification), protect against abuse, and comply with law.
• Service providers. We may use vendors for hosting, databases, email delivery (e.g., Resend), or analytics. They may process data on our instructions.
• AI processing. When you use Rocky or other AI features, portions of your input (for example, chat messages, athlete context, and workout prompts) are sent to our servers and then to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate responses. Messages are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. We do not maintain a permanent archive of your full chat thread on our servers; recent messages are sent per request to provide context for that reply. See the AI section below.
• Retention. We retain account and profile information as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it where reasonable. Local chat history in your browser remains until you clear it or clear site data.
• Your choices. You may update profile and sports settings in the app, clear Rocky chat from the coach page, opt out of non-essential communications where offered, or contact us to exercise rights available in your jurisdiction (subject to verification).
• Security. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
• International users. Data may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate.
• Children. The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users who do not meet our minimum age requirement.
• Changes to this policy. We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.

AI coaching (Claude)

Rocky and other AI features in Strongman AI are powered by Anthropic’s Claude models through our backend API. We operate the API credentials — you do not need to supply your own key to use Rocky.

Strongman AI is not responsible for Anthropic’s availability, pricing, model behavior, or policy changes. AI responses can be wrong — always use your judgment, especially around injury, illness, and load selection.
