    Training volume — total weight × reps across a session. Upward trend usually means more work capacity / strength.

    Peak load — heaviest working set for a lift. Climbing peaks are the clearest “gaining strength” signal.

    Est. 1RM — estimated max from your best set (Epley). Useful when you don’t test true singles.

    Session frequency — how often you train. Strength needs both load and enough sessions.

    Intensity score — how hard sessions felt (your 0–100 rating), not the same as bar weight.
