Strongman AI · v1.1
How to use Strongman AI
A quick guide to get the most out of your dashboard, Rocky the coach, and your training log — without overthinking it.
Start here
1
Fill in User settings
Add your account details, goals, and session caps. Sports and practice nights are optional — add them if you compete. Rocky coaches around your real week, not a generic template.
2
Log your workouts
Hit Start workout on Home or open Log. Even a short session helps Rocky spot patterns and suggest progressions.
3
Chat with Rocky
Ask for session ideas, form cues, or adjustments on game days. Keep messages specific — sport, time available, and how you feel.
4
Check Home for coaching nudges
The dashboard calls out streaks, split days, and habits. Use it as a daily check-in, not a grade.
Use it optimally
- Be honest about time. School-night and weekend caps in User settings keep sessions realistic.
- List lifts you care about. Favorite movements help Log suggest overload on the exercises that matter to you.
- Log consistently. Three sessions beat one perfect week — Rocky’s callouts get sharper with data.
- Separate Settings from User settings. Settings (sidebar menu) is for theme, notifications, and privacy. User settings (under You) is for you as an athlete.
- Experimental mode in Settings → Labs unlocks in-progress features. Turn it on only if you’re okay with rough edges.
